'I Was Raised as a Scientist, Not a Whore'

So claimed Robert Stratbucker in response to criticism of his recidivistic behavior in yet another case when he neglected to mention his Taser credentials in his curriculum vitae. Stratbucker was dismissed as an expert witness in the JonBenet Ramsey murder case (where a Taser might have been used as a weapon) after it was shown that he had failed to disclose his relationship to Taser, that he had been compensated in cash and stock options by Taser, and that he is now a paid employee of the company. In light of that discovery, PETA wrote a second letter to National Institute of Justice officials urging them to pull the funding from this flagrant and reprehensible waste of taxpayer dollars.

This revelation caused consternation in even UW-Madison’s chair of the All-Campus Animal Care and Use Committee, Eric Sandgren, who said in an AP report, "I saw one of the strengths of this study as being that it is distanced from Taser. To the extent that this calls that into question, we have to address that as a university."

This certainly calls that into question.
